Summary
Our policy on refunds and returns has a duration of 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a full refund or an exchange.
To be able to make a return, your item must be without the use of and in the same conditions you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only granted partial refunds:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Also we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period of days.
Refunds Late or Missing
If you still have not received your refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then, contact the company of your credit card, it may take some time before your refund is posted officially.
Next, contact your bank. Often, there is a processing time before a refund is reflected.

Items on sale
Only the items with regular price may be refunded. The items on sale are non-refundable.
Gift
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you'll receive a credit gift for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you by mail a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when you buy it, or if the person who made the gift received the order to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the one who made the gift and that person will find out about your return.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you don't need to send it by e-mail. Once your return is approved, we will inform you and our team of parcel will pick you up at your home.
It is important that you know that the costs of return shipping will be paid by your account. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time that it can take our team to collect your item, or your exchange product to reach you may vary.
