Shipping in 72 hours
We ship in a maximum time of 72 business hours from the purchase, which ensures that you will receive your jewellery as soon as possible. In some cases, delivery times may be affected by customs formalities outside of our control. Customs charges, if any, shall be borne by the customer.

Our online store now offers shipping in 3 to 5 days, regardless of what you ask for. Orders will be shipped out within 72 hours after the time of the order and could take up to 5 working days to be delivered.
Cost of Shipments
The shipping costs vary according to the destination of the goods. Taxes, tariffs, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with the POST office. Whenever possible, we will send you the tracking number provided by the transport company.
Orders placed after noon will be sent the following day.

We do not track packages or have access to additional information about your location, unless the carrier tracking number, which is provided at the time of shipment. If you make international shipments or opt for the express delivery, the rate will be based on the weight of your products, and your location.
