Absolutely! We understand that you want to feel the quality of our jewelry. For this reason, we encourage you to come to our showroom, where you will have the opportunity to see and touch our entire collection in person.

Shipping


Good news! Our online store now offers free shipping with delivery from 3 to 5 days only to addresses within Spain, regardless of what you ask for.

If you live in Spain, if we will deliver the pieces to your home.

As soon as we receive your order, we will process for shipping. All orders placed after 12 p. m. (Pacific time) will be processed the next day. Our courier POST will pick you up and put you on the path to give it to you. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it is on the way.

Don't worry! Sometimes, the update of the status of your shipment it takes a couple of days. Write to us at info@joyeriabrilla.com and we will inform you where is your package.

Returns and Changes

We regret that it has not worked. You can return your parts without use within 10 days of receipt. Simply send us an e-mail to info@joyeriabrilla.com.

To be able to return your parts, make sure they are in their original packaging and in perfect condition, to have proof of purchase and receipt of the shipping label. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the criteria.

We will refund the full amount to your original payment method. However, please note that we will not refund shipping costs.

Refunds will take between 5 and 10 working days to appear on your account statement.
